I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

    • The wigelia bush was prime at the moment, and I liked the way the two branches framed her. Plus she was in a good mood, and there was nothing distracting her, so it all worked out.

    • We just happened to go out for a walk around the yard and I saw that this shrub was at it’s peak. And she was willing to pose…so we played around a bit and this was my favorite shot.

  6. Love it. Does she pose for you or did you just pick a good shot?

    • Both. She is used to posing, and will sit, wait, and down on command, though sometimes she protests a bit first. But she’s almost 10 and had several years of obedience, so if I use my school voice she generally does as asked. Plus there might be a treat involved…so…and then I pick the best shot! LOL!
