I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Thank you. This year the dogwood is as prettier than it’s ever been. It’s about 14 years old now, so I guess that in combination with a mild winter, added up to spectacular blossoms!

Well, to be honest, not this time. She wasn’t really posing. I was taking pictures of the blossoms and noticed her laying there under the tree. And she happened to look up at me…so I can’t say she worked all that hard. I don’t even think she knew she got her picture taken. Because she has a very strict rule about all that. One picture, one treat. She’s represented by a very strong dog model union.
