I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

I didn’t say I thought it was GOOD…just that it’s there AGAIN. 🙂 And you are right, there is much more of it today.

It does look pretty. Meanwhile, here in my neck of California, we’re having record-setting high temps for these dates day after day. No rain. Looking at likely another severe drought year after 4 of same followed by one really good rainy year. Snowpack in the Sierras, which we also depend on for water, is at 34% of normal for this time of year. I’m loving the warm weather but — drought. Again.

That just isn’t good. Even though you enjoy the warm weather, you’d have plenty of warm weather later in the season. Now it should be rainy..and cool…right? The whole snowpack thing is scary.

Ugh! I have to admit to being ready for winter to be over. I’m scouting for my first robin.

I know. I think I saw a robin..but in reality can’t remember where, or even if it was this year.

Yep. No words necessary for that photo. “Again” says it all.

Oh me too for sure. Katie and I are trying to get out of here and head south for a couple weeks. It’s in the 60s down there. But weather stopped us, need 2 or 3 days of no snow to get all the way down there safely. Maybe next week.
