I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

I love the combination of sedum, geranium and aster.

That combination was what caught my eye in the first place, while I was walking Katie around the yard. So I took the camera back out to see what else was blooming or ripening.

It’s still so warm warm here, I guess it’s Indian Summer. This was from a quick walk around the yard, trying to enjoy the last bit of summer color before fall color decends.
