I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Well, look at that peacock strutting! Zebra seems unimpressive by the extravagent display.

LOL! Too funny! Maybe if the zebra doesn’t look, the peacock will go away!

These are terrific photos, Dawn, and your caption adds the smile. Neither zebra nor peacock will look at the photographer, but you’ve turned that to your advantage.

Hmmm. Is this “being studiously ignored”?

Just awesome shots. The lines in the zebra with the feather quills of the peacock, just wonderful.

Was the peacock wordless or did it make an the awful baby crying scream? The owners of the barn where I grew up riding horses use to have peacocks and they were anything but silent. Very pretty tho! Great shot.

How cool you got to take pictures with the peacock’s tail feathers up and displayed. I think I will need to make a zoo visit soon!
