I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Great, now I’m feeling guilty about eating those BBQ ribs at the Troy Pig Out last night.

I think they are cute – I actually had a pet pig – a runt of the litter that just never grew. He was just like Babe from the movie and even had a tuft of black on his head and he stayed babe size all his life. I had him for 8 years and he was so cool!

Adorable piglets! I agree with the other Kathy. No wonder I don’t eat bacon. Except, sometimes, at a restaurant, if a spinach salad sneaks it in. 🙂
