I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Awww, I just love puppy photos! Shelties are such puff balls when they are little.

Oh my! How gorgeous! Hehe, Ludo loves to lie upside down, legs accimbo. Isn’t quite so darling on a male dog though. Thank goodness they’re fluffy! haha!

Well, I had to crop the recent upside down picture because a part of her was pretty exposed even though she IS fluffy! LOL!

Dawn,
Thanks for leaving the link for the video on my blog. It was wonderful to watch – entertaining and insightful. I think I will request his book from my library! Sara

Hi Katie and Dawn – Got your comment over on my blog about the chute…I am doing the chute now without much hesitation, but it took a long time for me to get used to doing it. The thing that helped me the most was being able to go to open agility practice and take the chute into an area by myself and work on it. We started with folding it in half and holding it open and then slowly letting it out and lowering it. I got a lot of treats each time I went through. I think I posted about it when it happened. Another thing you can do is make a chute – a sheet and something to hold it open – we used a foldable laundry hamper made out of nylon and cut the bottom out and attached a sheet. Then I could practice at home. Don’t worry – you’ll get it!
