Purchasing spring

Since spring won’t come to me, I went out and bought some.  I’m taking one of the vases to our 94 year old Aunt, but the other is staying here where I can enjoy it and pretend it’s warm outside.

A bit of sunshine on my table.  Priceless.

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

  2. I love yellow flowers – any kind! They are just so cheerful. I’m sure your Aunt will be thrilled.

My daffodils are just started to pop up in my garden.
