Change Is Hard

…but change is certain.

It's not…well…you know.

This was my morning commute.

And when I got to work the parking lot looked like this.

But it’s not s*#w.  Nope not.  Just a bit of heavy rain.

Yea…that’s it.

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

  4. It isn’t the S word – didn’t you hear about the baby powder factory that had a huge accident and baby powder filled the air and drifted all over Michigan? That is really just baby powder covering everything and in reality it is a warm sunny day – like it is here in the 80’s 🙂 🙂 🙂

  9. Just a little frosty rain for you – a prelude to clear softer rain which will bring green grass and all those flowers and trees that will bloom in May. Right? Does positive thinking work?

  11. We woke up to snow on Sunday–and for the last two days it has been wet and cold….on the other hand it has been 95 in El Paso, Texas….I will take wet and cold for a little longer (not happily) with the hopes of a milder summer.

  12. Not s**w; frozen precipitation. Take a local spring break at the nursery, 🙂 with Katie. Do you think they would mind?

  13. I don’t think they’d mind if we were outside…I’ve seen another sheltie there off and on over the past years…
