I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Jeff went over to our rental house to clear some snow off the roof, and there was an icicle all the way to the ground like that. Unfortunately, it also went right thru a shrub, and when Jeff broke the icicle off the gutter, it also broke the shrub in half! oops.

Yep, sure do. Though we have had less snow this winter than last year, thank goodness…we are currently in the coldest Feb as of late.

Yep. Another COLD one. They bay has officially frozen over. Two years in a row. Last year it was frozen for 80 days. Hoping we don’t have a repeat of that! Stay warm my friend 🙂

Wow….I guess not surprising given how cold it is. Last year there was so much snow that we focused on that. This year, here anyway, it’s all about the cold.

Sure is. I liked the purple with the ice. This is the place I go once in awhile for a pedicure. Not at the moment, am waiting for spring for that now.
