I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Hi there Charlie. It’s still snowing, our first real snow of the season. It’s pretty, but 3 days and I’m over it all.

Um…yeah. Pretty, when you’re looking at a photo or out the window. Cold, if you happen to be out in it!

We stayed in pretty much all day yesterday. Took the dog out for quick breaks…and today is going to be even colder. Sigh.

Yes, it is fun to play in, nothing too much, not to hard to keep the driveway clean. But it’s been snowing now (tiny flakes, so no huge accumulation) for 3 days and we’re getting tired of it. I’m going to venture out this morning to go for a walk (inside) and it’s really cold out. I think that’s enough of winter now.
