I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

I left the day before this posted for a 3 day trip. I got home last night, haven’t seen any this morning. But it WAS 35 this morning, so pretty cold. Will see during the day if any show up.

You’re faster on the draw than I am, Dawn! I’ve spotted several hummers this season, but all they’ll let me do is enjoy watching them. They refuse to hang around while I go find a camera, frame the shot, and so on — wonder why?!?

When they were very active I sat in my chair with the camera ready, set on a very high ISO. I got plenty of not good images too.
