I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

I hope that was the last snow. But I’m not counting on it! Supposed to be 80 this weekend, but that doesn’t mean it won’t snow on Monday.

This is a pretty photo. Did Katie wonder why there wasn’t a picture of her in the snow?

Well…there were several of her in the snow. I’m sure she’ll put in an appearance soon.

Man, if you guys are still getting snow down “south”–then we may need to wait even longer. I still think the juxtaposition of snow and blooming is beautiful, but it can end anytime. Our forecast for Sunday says 65. But by Tuesday 31. Hmmm….

We are supposed to get to 80!!! on Sunday. But then cold again after that. Maybe no snow though. I think Katie has gotten her share now.

Poor plants and trees. I hate that they’re cold … still. Spring is certainly taking its sweet time this year, isn’t it?

Wow! That’s a cool photo.
Hoping the snow is done, but I guess it isn’t June yet ~so anything is possible😀 I feel like I start each day in my down parka, put shorts on around 1pm, and then back to hat and gloves around 6pm.
