I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

“Stop taking photos mom! I’m trying to sneak up on a squirrel, and you’re giving up my location.”
Hee, hee. Katie has quite the expression on her face.

Katie does have sort of a disgusted look in her eye! But it is a pretty picture (even if it means there has been more snow)!

So hard to find a good place “to go” when snow is up to your chest…

I hope you aren’t stuck there, my sweetie pie!
I can’t blame you for giving that evil stare to your mom, she should have helped you out first instead of taking this precious picture.

That looks like a cold Katie to me – and not to happy about it either – maybe she should come visit me in Arkansas – no snow here.

How differently we read dogs’ expressions–I see great satisfaction on Katie’s face. But maybe she is only squinting against the wind?
