I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Are these guys in your back yard?? And if so, how come? I mean, with Katie and all!

Oh yea, this is my back yard. The deer are absolutely not afraid of the frantic little fuzz ball we call Katie. They just raise their head and calmly look at her as she’s flinging herself from the sofa to the chair and back again, all the while barking hysterically. I think they find her mildly annoying. Not nearly as annoying as WE find her though.

What a great capture! Deer would never come so close in my yard, not with my nutty duo.

(Oh I was talking about the dogs up there in that comment, not my kids, just in case you were wondering, lol! 😉 )

Wow, you sure have it made in the wildlife department! We have no bright red birds out here that I’m aware of.
