I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

She likes to work the camera. Usually when her eyes can stay open though.

Pretty much. It was just before a big blizzard flew in and dumped 16.75 inches on us in one afternoon. Third largest snowfall in one day ever. Joy joy.

Last time for cold wind? Sadly, probably not. Your snow scenes look unreal to me from here in the Southwest.

Oh no…several days since have been worse. Today was -5 this a.m. Probably colder up north. Going to get worse tonight. And it’s snowing again. Could use a little Southwest myself. But I”m sure enjoying your photos!

She’s so beautiful, but this picture made me shiver from the cold you’ve captured.

It was pretty nasty cold. I didn’t have any boots on either, so that made it extra special.

I like that too. She does when it’s summer. Winter wind? Not her favorite.

I feel ya Katie. But I’m running back inside instead of putting up with it!

We didn’t stay out very long. For a couple of weeks now it’s run outside, do your job, run back inside. We’re both a little cabin fevered. Is that a word?

Yes. Yes it is. I am familiar with the running out and back routine, too.
