sigh…

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

First I have to weed for several hours. And THEN I get to move the mulch. I think we need a gardener.

You can’t get any worthwhile help from your Sheltie, either, huh??!

Yea. Can hardly contain myself. I asked the driver if the mulch faries would come overnight and spread all of this for me. He laughed and said “have a good day” and left. Sigh.

Way way way too much work, and that’s only about 1/5 of what we need…

Oh my. I could use some but, while the heart is willing, the mind and body are not.

Looks like a lot of work! But maybe easier than that pile of gravel we’re trying to whittle away at. 😀

Have to pull weeds first. The joys of gardening! Sure looks pretty when it’s done though.

Katie thought about it, but figured it would mess up her fur.

X marks the spot. At first we thought it was chalk on the street. Then we saw the tape. In either case, love how you marked the spot fur them to dump the mulch.

Yep, I was leaving and thought I’d leave them instructions. ( It also says “mulch”) but just as I was leaving he showed up.
