Wordless Wednesday

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

  1. Uh-oh, interlopers in the yard! Good thing Katie is on guard. Bet she did some barking, huh?! How’re your hands doing? Healing, I hope.

    • She barked a lot and they pretty much just looked at her. You can see them thinking about her, and I think they have her number…. “Silly little noisemaker but not dangerous.”

Hands are still in splints most of the time except for times like this when I’m typing. Or when I’m doing dishes. Or cooking. They are better, still ache when outside the splints too long though. Good thing we have 2 weeks off from band. Last night was week 1. Hope by week after next the hands are all good.
