April Fools?

After a warmer than normal March, April started out like this.

Mother Nature just can’t resist.

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

    Oh, hahah! Oh, Dawn–this just made me laugh. We had gale storm warnings last night. Mother Nature tipped over our trash cans. Yeah. So not funny, Mom.

    every year is an adventure in the Midwest. A year ago I mowed the lawn at our lake house in Grayling. This year i mowed the lawn at home in Wheaton, IL on march 21st. You just never know…. and is what keeps us going. Stay well and safe. Peace.

    I liked when someone on the news said it looked like the Tigers and Indians were playing baseball in a snowglobe yesterday. Hilarious! (but normal for April)
