I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Thank you. The first image was the night before the partial lunar eclipse, while I was hanging around in a park hoping for northern lights. No northern lights for me, but the moon was pretty. The other three were last night, during the eclipse and just after, standing in my driveway.

Ooh, I’m glad you got these photos of the partial lunar eclipse, Dawn — they’re lovely! I’ve got a huge tree that sort of blocked my view of it, not that I could’ve done anywhere near as capable a job capturing it as you have!

The first time I got a clear image of the moon and saw those lines I thought the moon looked like a melon! 🙂
