I’ve been looking but haven’t seen any rocks, boulders or stones as interesting as those I found while on a trip to Maine in 2014.
If you’re looking for rocks, Maine is a great destination. I highly recommend it.

I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Really nice shot. (And I wish I could squat like that!) I agree about Maine. It really is the best place to find rock and boulders.

Well, and Colorado or somewhere out that way. But I haven’t been that way in many many years.

Love this photo. If I squatted down like that I’d probably topple over, but I’d need to get on my knees to get up anyway. I really like Maine’s rocky coastline.

Thank you. I think I did a whole series of these kinds of photos when I was up there, people doing what people do in Maine.
