I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Nothing quite was beautiful as a Male Cardinal in a snow covered background. Except for Katie of course ❤

I love the Northern cardinal! Believe it or not, we have them here too. There is a pair that hangs around my birdbath all year. I was surprised when I first saw them here. Reminds me of MI. 🙂

I’m so jealous…I can never get close enough to a cardinal to get a great shot like that!

I was inside the house…and for whatever reason he sat still long enough!

Way to be prepared with your camera!! I usually see them when I have the wrong lens on my camera. A small red dot in the distance just doesn’t seem to cut it like the shot you got! 😆
