I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

We had snow not long ago. We can get more snow but I’m hoping that was it. Katie, however, says it can snow again, she’d love it!

I know! She didn’t really want to sit there, she doesn’t sit too often anymore, at least not on command. She says she is beyond all the hype now and being retired means she gets to do what she wants when she wants. I guess she’s right.

Katie says she enjoyed sitting out there. Oh who am I kidding, she was very resentful to sit and not get a treat! I made up with her later.
