I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

My peonies are still young plants. I can’t wait until they sport multiple shoots like yours. You will post pictures of the bloom, please!

Of course I will! 🙂 This is actually the bleeding heart. The peonies are slightly behind. Love my peony…wish I had more.

I KNOW! I’m so excited. I’m going out of town this weekend and I expect by the time I’m back the garden will all be weeded and in full bloom. Right?

Dawn, you’d almost swear spring has come to Michigan! (The Lower Peninsula that is. We’re still waiting.) Hope all is well with you.

Hi Kathy! I think we have spring, but I’m generally fooled every year. I’m sure we’re over the hump but probably not frost free yet.
