I'm a long time banker having worked in banks since the age of 17. I took a break when I turned 50 and went back to school. I graduated right when the economy took a turn for the worst and after a year of library work found myself unemployed. I was lucky that my previous bank employer wanted me back. So here I am again, a long time banker. Change is hard.

Little ethereal zippers! Soon they will be leaving Maine. Always miss them. Wonderful photo.

I always miss them too. Seems like they were late to arrive this year by about a week. Maybe they’ll stick around an extra week now. But maybe that’s a bad idea, they need to get to their winter digs on time.

They are so fun to watch. We’re at the stage now where they’re chasing each other away from the food. So more opportunity to capture them arriving or zooming away. It’s not easy though!

My mom did too. It’s nice to have them around to remind me of her, and you of your dad.
